Upgrading to DefectDojo Version 2.40.x

With the upgrade to Django 5.1.x, Posgres 12 will no longer be supported. Please make plans to upgrade to a later version of Postrges before upgrading to version 2.40.0 of DefectDojo. To determine which version of Postgres to target, please refer to the end of life version schedule
